If you are unable to cancel within the 48-hour window, please reach out to us directly as soon as possible. - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice without communication will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. - Additionally, you will be responsible for 100% of the service cost before booking any future appointments.
